Northern Michigan Law Enforcement Training Group (NMLETG) is an urban cooperative created in 2001 by three Northern Michigan Police agencies.  Current membership includes 75 agencies representing local, county, state, tribal and federal public safety agencies.  It also includes three community colleges.

The Mission of NMLETG is to support and provide high quality training for Federal, Tribal, State and Local public safety professionals.  This is accomplished by providing and coordinating training using economies of scale to reduce impact on member agency resources and provide access to conveniently co-located training facilities.
