WHEN: 16-25 MAY 2022 (Week #1 Monday 16th-Thursday 19th & Week #2 Monday 23rd-Wednesday 25th)
This course will teach an understanding of the fundamental theories of physical evidence, practical applications and the legal considerations involved in its collection, preservation and presentation in court. This is a seven-day (7) course over two weeks that will include class room presentations, inside/outside applications and proficiency testing.
Instructors: NMLETG has partnered with the Michigan State Police Forensic Laboratories for all instructors to include Subject Matter Experts (SME) in latent prints, controlled substances, crime scene response/control, firearms, tool marks and trace evidence.
