Course Overview: The FLO course will teach how to detect, deter and prevent crime and terror attacks and become a
designated liaison with the Michigan Intelligence Operations Center (MIOC). The BMAP course is a counterterrorism bombing prevention program designed to provide bomb making materials (BMM) awareness so as to strengthen prevention and mitigation opportunities in local communities.
Target Audience: Law Enforcement, Fire Service, Emergency Management professionals in Northern Lower Michigan and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.
